The Sidro Foundation was incorporated on 15 of August, 2024, by a US-based, global agricultural conglomerate, listed on the NYSE, which is present in Serbia through a shareholding in the largest Serbian soybean processor, as well as three entrepreneurs: two highly successful business leaders with a regional footprint who are well-known for their charitable work and impact on Serbian society, and a Serbian-Indian businessman with close ties to the country.

Our Mission
The mission of the Sidro Foundation shall be promoting development in Serbia through sustainable and healthy food systems, support to smallholder farmers and their communities, and local infrastructure, all through a prepared double-digit US$ seeding amount for these and other charitable goals.
By working together, we can make a difference that we hope will be felt for generations to come.
The natural founders have worked together for years as shareholders and members of board of Victoria Group, one of the Serbian leading food producer, until its purchase by ADM.
Through the Sidro Foundation, the founders wanted to give back to Serbian society and economy, with the mission of making a difference that will be felt for generations to come by working together.
